1. Can I do this SBLC deal in an Individual name? NO, this offer is only for companies.
2. Can you or someone you know loan me €100,000 issuance fee for this SBLC deal? NO
3. Can I keep the issuance fee of €100,000 in my own bank account or in my Escrow Account? NO
4. Can I pay the issuance fee directly to the SBLC issuing bank? NO
5. Can I pay the issuance fee in other currencies than in Euro? YES. USD/GBP
6. What if the SBLC deal is not successful, will I still get my issuance fee refunded in full? YES, a Corporate Guarantee will be issued stating that the issuance fee will be refunded if the SBLC deal is not successful.
7. What does the De-Risk fee relate to? We provide a clean CIS (Client Information Sheet) that is acceptable to the SBLC Provider and the Monetizer, we provide the project that has community benefit components and is eligible for receiving non-recourse loan and offer a corporate bank account for the Client with a Tier 1 Bank in the UK.
8. Can I get a Bank Guarantee instead of the Corporate Guarantee? Yes, we can arrange a €100k Bank Guarantee (BG) for a fee of €15,000. The BG fee of €15,000 must be paid upfront before receiving the €100k BG.
9. When will I get my €10m non-recourse loan? On the 55th banking day.

11.When does the 55 banking days start? The day after the issuance fee of €100,000 cleared funds are received by us.
12. When I get my €10m non-recourse loan, will I get the €100,000 call option fee refunded to me? No
13.When will the corporate bank account opening process will start? After the tri-party agreement (DoA) is executed.
14. Can I apply for more than €100 million SBLC? YES, but for each €100m SBLC, a €100,000 issuance fee is required.
15. Can I participate more than once in this deal? YES, we allow a maximum of 3 times participation in this deal.
